I spoke to Jake almost daily during his stay> I repeatedly asked him if he needed anything or if there was anything we could do to make his stay more comfortable. I always tell my guests if you have any issues let me know BEFORE you leave so we have a chance to do something about it. So this comment seems a bit passive aggressive and i must say Jake was difficult from day one. Late on payment, late in responding to communications, etc. WE WOULD HAVE HAPPILY SWEPT THE STREET.
