I've lived in Italy, China, Korea and now Japan, so I do like travelling. I love to cook meet people and find new interesting things in Tokyo.

Very helpful host, great communication!
Apartment was clean and organised. A couple of minutes from Shin-Okubo station, lots of good food and things to do in the area. Communication was quick and easy. I give this listing four thumbs up.
The reservation was canceled 4 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Staying at Darrin's place made my trip a lot easier than going to hostels like I had done on my previous trips to Japan. This is probably the largest and most affordable apartment in the entire city, too. It's one stop from Shibuya station, so missing the last train at night wasn't a huge deal; it's only about a 20 minute walk from Shibuya station. The local bakery on the adjacent street gave me a free donut one morning and there's a really nice grocery store (Mama's Plate) about 3 mins walk away.
Dealing with Darrin was a real pleasure, too. I got there later than expected but he had left the key for me and made sure everythng was cool via email later that night. I ran into a bit of scheduling trouble my last day and he was nice enough to extend my residency there at no extra charge, which was extremely helpful.
Darrin's apartment was and clean and organized. The location was incredibly convenient - there is absolutely no better place to stay if you want to be connected to the metro! Very comfortable, quiet and the directions for everything were clear. I really felt like the apartment was my own place for a few days. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Tokyo. Overall, a fantastic experience!
Amazing apartment, central location, excellent and swift communication for an affordable price with a smile.
