A great start to our AirBnB experience! Jane communicated well with us during our delayed arrival, and no sooner had we dumped bags in the ideal and charming self contained hayloft had she and husband Paul keenly invited us into their house to join a gathering and a glass of red. Self contained room was excellent, with oodles of family character and a compact en suite. Enjoyed a couple of 'our choice' wholesome cooked breakfasts in the family home and sent on our way with very best wishes...what sincere and insightful company. Location made the short walk into olde English Sherborne a pleasure.
The hayloft is absolutely lovely!! It was really cosy and lovely decor. The cooking facilities were really useful too.
Jane and family were extremely welcoming, cooked up a delicious breakfast and recommended some fantastic country pubs and places to walk. We would love to return one day!!
Ps. Sherborne its self is really beautiful. Make sure you check out the new castle (we almost missed it!!)
A warm welcome and a real home from home.... Jane and Paul are excellent hosts and The Hayloft was comfortable and had everything we required. We shall return!
We had a lovely time, thoroughly recommended!
Although I didn't actually meet them face to face they seemed like lovely people and very understanding when I had to leave the key for them. Left the place spotless too. Great guests.
Very nice ladies, friendly and really great guests! Hope to see you here again, Jane!
I have known Jane and her husband Paul for several years, and stayed at the Hayloft regularly when visiting them in Sherborne. Jane and Paul are awesome fun and great hosts. The Hayloft itself is a snug little studio (with electric heating, so suitable even for winter) that is perfect for a short break in this quaint medieval town!
