I love my life, I love my family, I love people!

As one of 5 siblings and with a very happy, colourful and open minded family (dad german, mum polish/born in Africa/raised in England, hubby Turkish, sisters in-laws greek&croatian, an adopted sister from Jamaica...and so forth)
I like cultural diversity, new experiences, ethnic food, cooking (and eating!) with family and friends.

I could not live without music.

I like my job of over 15 years at Lufthansa (hence the travelling) as a First Class Service Trainer a lot, but i feel complete only since i met my hubby and soulmate Kayhan.

And I am happy to be alive no matter what the world throws at me only since the arrival of this incredible creature- our sweet, beautiful, gorgeous, funny and dear son Ates.

Currently I am a working Mum and cherish every minute I have with my two boys.

I have been so fortunate until now, I was able to see some parts of the world already (Northern Bali, Thailand-, some of the beautiful Greek Islands such as Hydra (wow!), parts of North America such as my favourite BIG APPLE, Miami and the Keys, some places around California, Chicago, Nevada and Vegas, Roadtrips included... also Malta, Paris and parts of Southern France, Venice, Madrid, Istanbul, Barcelona, the South of Spain, Warsaw, Zagreb, Manchester and London frequently... to name the most cherished ones.

I enjoy travelling the real way (staying with friends or in b&bs preferably or at hotels recommended by insiders), eating local food, meeting locals and maybe sometimes even make new friends, trying to learn at least a minimum of the language of my hosting country, seeing sights off the tourist´s maps...

I aim to live by The Golden Rule, I believe that joy multiplies if you share it, and I recently came to think that Happiness is not having what you want, but wanting what you have.

Our little family is looking forward to new and pleasant experiences together throughout the world.
