I'm a guy with a spare bedroom in a house in Salt Lake City. I'm an electronics technician in the semiconductor industry. When I'm not working, I like to travel and be outdoors. Mostly skiing, biking, and hiking. I work a condensed work week of 12 hour shifts, and I try to make the most of my days off.
If you're looking for an extended stay, like a week or more, my place could be a good solution. I've hosted a number of them on this site, and they have all gone really well. Chances are, you'll have the place to yourself for at least half of your stay.
If you are moving to Salt Lake City, we can pull up a map and talk about where you might want to live. Whether you need to buy a house, a car, find somewhere to hike, or meet some new people, I can point you in the right direction. I love my city and the surrounding area and its fun to introduce people to it.
I've skied at Snowbird and Alta for years, so if you're in SLC for a ski trip, we can talk local skiing.
I'm into old school funk and other good music, outdoor sports, good beer, good vegetables, and other things that are good.
I'm into AirBNB because I figure that if I have an extra room in a house at the crossroads of I-15 and I-80, and a few minutes from some of the best skiing in the world, I might as well put it to good use.
