Nick was a fantastic host. Helpful from the moment we booked until the moment we left. The apartment is in such a great location with easy access to everything. I really can't recommend the area enough, so much more laid back than being stuck in the hustle and bustle of time square. We were so happy with our choice of apartment. Absolute no negatives at all.
Nicholas is a great host. The apartment is exactly like the pics on the listing, very spacious for New York! Great location. Safe and lively neighborhood. Everything you need is nearby!
Nick - Was great very helpful with assistance as needed. But left us alone as well. The place is great and just as advertised.
This is a FABULOUS apartment! It is very spacious, clean and well-furnished/decorated, and the location is perfect - within walking distance to all the sites in and around SoHo, Little Italy, Chinatown and the Village. Nick is SO helpful and accommodating - he went out of his way to tell us the best places to eat, drink and shop in the neighborhood, and was always available for any questions or issues that arose during our stay. We would stay there again in a second! All in all, both Nick and the apartment are FANTASTIC!!
Nick made our experience a lovely one; he's very accommodating & helpful. Highly recommended. Wish we can stay on forever :)
We are a family of four with two teenagers. We stayed with Nick for 8 very cold nights in January. The apartment was very warm which was a blessing given how large the space is. And there was endless hot water. Lots of space, lots of heat and lots of hot water....rarities in New York City!! The large map was cool. We loved planning our days on it. The apartment is close to many subway stations which made going absolutely anywhere easy. Nick was an incredibly attentive and lovely host. He replied instantly to every one of our questions and never made us feel like we were being a nuisance. Despite a very late arrival and a very early departure he was there both times to assist us. Amazing. Nick really is a great host. We loved our week. Many thanks Nick!
The loft is absolutely according to descriptions and we were happy from our stay. Our only remark is on the noise generated night time outside from the traffic and the poor insulation of the apartment from it.. but it seems common in NYC. Location is convinient, Nicholas is top and willing to spend time to give you whatever information you request !
We loved our time in nolita. The apartment was in a great location and very close to the subway.
The apartment was pretty much exactly as described on airbnb and was very comfortable, warm and well equipped.
Nicholas was a lovely host - very helpful with tips on places to eat etc.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment and Nicholas as host.
We spent 7 nights here in late December 2014. To say we LOVED this apartment and more importantly New York is an understatement. The location of Nicks apartment is unbeatable and he was a great host, always willing to go above and beyond for us. Always great to have a locals view. Soho is amazing!! When we come back to NY we will definitely stay here again! Thanks Nick, great host, great apartment, great city!!!
Nick welcomed my son and I in front of his apartment when we arrived in a taxi from the airport. His apartment was on the second floor but he didn't give us a chance to carry our suitcases. The apartment was very spacious and it had a real industrial feel to it as you can see on the photos. We arrived on the very cold day (1) so the very effective industrial grade heater was greatly appreciated. Nick wrote down and marked on the huge map on the wall all the restaurants, ATM near by, etc… We ticked off all his recommendations and they were above our expectations. I have to admit that I underestimated American food. Nick told us to bring healthy appetite before the trip and he was totally right.
The location of the apartment was perfect for us. All the nice shops, cafes, restaurants with character were in the area. It was right next to Little Italy and China Town as well. We walked a lot but 2 subway stops were very close by if you would like to go uptown to see Times Square, 5th Avenue, Central Park etc.. We actually walked all the way from Central Park to the apartment because we just wanted to see and feel NYC. We walked to Brooklyn Bridge and took a few great photos of the city at the spot Nick recommended. Chelsea market is not too far to walk either then you can walk on High Line from there to the central city.
Nick was very caring and available when we needed him. His advice and recommendation were 100% spot on. We loved his taste and had a wonderful experience of NYC. I think it is a part of experience that you are not able to have quality sleeps in NY as most of us are from quieter places than NY. It is a sleepless city after all.
It was a pleasure to host Nic. He is a very friendly and tidy person.
