37 yr old single mom. Looking for 2 week rental to start a new job in the King Farm area. Looking to stay from (phone number hidden). My apt move in date got pushed back so I'm working on all last min. If you can help... let me know.
Unfortunately I cannot say the same about you. After reiterating what was already on my listing being a NON SMOKING space, you still smoked in my home. You left it in a disgusting state, there were items missing from my home and that is not the worst of it.
Not only did you destroy my bed, but also my daughters bed. There were holes punched into my leather loveseat and you cost me over $4,000 worth of damage, laundering, clean up and furniture replacement!!!
Because you completely disrespected my house rules the guests that I had reserved for the Xmas holiday had to be cancelled as not all of my replacement furniture would be delivered in time for their arrival, which left them at last minute without accommodations!!! I am in the process of speaking to legal counsel regarding this since you have not bothered to return any of my calls or email messages and I am disgusted and appalled at the state you left my home in!!
Jamie stayed at our home for a weekend in April. While she was very friendly, she invited a significant number of friends over to the house without our approval and despite our rule that the house is not a party house. We later received complaints from neighbors that they could not easily drive down the road to their own houses because of the high number of cars in the street. Upon realizing the crowd from the night before (and smelling the cigarette smell in the house... we are a no-smoking house), we had to tell Jamie and her friends to leave a day early. Jamie very respectfully agreed and did an excellent job cleaning the house.
With the exception of the party and smoking, Jamie was a fine guest.
Jamie was the best possible first AirBnB experience I could have imagined. She showed up on time, was sweet as could be, was responsive to my messages, took perfect care of my cat Frank (I think he misses her), and left the place better than she found it. I think the carpet in my bathroom was brushed, for goodness sakes. I appreciated her so much, I asked her to come back any time, at a permanently discounted rate. I'd far rather have a great guest like Jamie than a few extra bucks. If Jamie wants to rent from you, you're in luck.
