I must say I was quite taken aback by your review. Especially when you expressed to Rashida, the "gal" you referred to in the review, that I charged much too low for my home. I also would like to add that on the many occasions that we corresponded, you expressed that you were having an enjoyable time and never mentioned any complaints. The pre-checkout walk through is standard for guests that stay longer than 3 weeks. We like to be prepared especially when we have guests back to back. I do hope that you will continue to use Airbnb in the future as it is such a great tool. As you are well aware, this is the first negative review I have ever received and I will use it as an opportunity to make improvements.
