Regarding the room with a window, we would like to apologize that we did not know that you wanted a glass window. The classic wooden window has been there for many years and that is part of how we maintain the authenticity of this heritage building.
In all of our descriptions available online, we have stated very clearly that the WiFi signal is only available at lobby area.
As for the no-shoes policy, all our guests never have problem with this. In fact, some of them asked for indoor slippers, which are also provided in the guesthouse, whereas some of them brought their own indoor slippers. We even have guests who especially love this policy of ours. Therefore, we would not consider omitting it.
We are also making improvements on replenishing the toilet paper more regularly day and night, and having more than one toilet roll in each toilet. We have many guests that would bring the toilet roll into their rooms, which is probably why it ran out very fast.
