I was in town for a week, I needed a clean and spacious room in a quiet house and this host provided just that. Edit was very hospitable and helpful. She allowed me stay few extra hours as I was running late. Would come back.
Edit's lovely home is in the best possible location in Kitchener. Unfortunately I only spent one night but Edit split a bottle of cider with me and even offered me some of her dinner. I'd stay there again any time I was in town.
Edit's house is a wonderful and charming place to stay when visiting the Kitchener-Waterloo region. Ideally located in the heart of Kitchener and only a stone's throw away from a plethora of bars and restaurants, grocery stores, Victoria Park and the central bus terminal. No problem to reach every corner of the twin cities or the universities in Waterloo from here with a bus stop right around the corner.
Edit is a warm and welcoming host, doing a lot to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you are on your journey through or seek privacy, no problem. If you want to meet other people, seek company or a cheerful talk over a glas of wine, no problem. A nice place for every character, and Edit will respect yours. Either way, if you plan to explore the Kitchener-Waterloo region and its little secrets, Edit definitely knows best and always has excellent ideas of where to go.
Highly recommended. Thanks Edit, for everything!
She was so nice and hospitable. She did her best. The room was tidy.
Was a lovely space to stay & Edit was an amazing host. Her house is so quaint! The room was super spacious & comfy bed. 30 second walk from Communitech was perfect! Will definitely stay here again!
Edit was a wonderful host and took the time to chat with me & helped me adjust to being in a new city. She let me know about any potential noise ahead of time so I knew what to expect.
The house is nice and homey, and she has a lot of toiletries I needed during my stay. My room was nice; the bed was big and comfortable, and to me that's the most important thing in a room!
My favorite thing about her house is that it's in downtown Kitchener. If you're here for a tech conference or business--like I was--Communitech is literally across the street. There's a lot of street parking around the area, but you have to take note of time limitations (often two-hour parking from 8A-12A).
Edit was a great host and her home was definitely a value for money considering how close it was to town, and being across the street for Communitech it great for start-up enthusiast in the area for a conference or meeting.
I am really happy about everything in connection to staying at Edit's. The space was clean and comfortable. I arrived quite late in the night on the first day when traveling from Europe and Edit stayed late to welcome me. She was also helpful with advices and offered a ride to market on Saturday. All in all, good value for money and highly recommended.
Edit was very kind to me and her place was very comfortable and convenient to stay at. There are good restaurants nearby and the bus terminal gives you access to the rest of town. Thank you Edit!
Edit Pesti is very nice lady, ready to help all the time. I went there for settlement of my son as University of Waterloo Engineering student.
Place is centrally located, nearby transit terminal (Charles Terminal).
As this was my first time there, I had no idea where to go for shopping for stationery and consumables, electronic items for my son. She was ready to go with me to guide and get items on best price.
Thanks Edit for helping a lot during my stay.
Hopefully next year I will again go with my Family for admission of my daughter.
