Great view, host was accommodating, apartment was clean. Would stay here again. Thank you.
Terence had just left the country before I arrived but was very communicative, and there were no problems collecting the keys and getting in. The place was clean and everything worked well; comfortable, bright, warm. Great view and location; maybe a fifteen minute walk to downtown or the skytrain.
Location was perfect, close to Stanley park and Yaletown. The apartment was great. Terence was very responsive.
very nice ocean view, good heat in the condo;
Terence had a quick respond to all our enquiries
Yaaa! Vancouver! Terence's place is absolutely rad. Great lay out, amazing view - waking up to the sound of the ocean and seagulls was probably my favorite part. He was extremely thorough and communicative. It was a total breeze getting the keys and getting to town. Made for the perfect weekend. :)
The apartment had some strong positives for us. The view was wonderful and the location was perfect for our needs [7 minute walk to the hospital.] The second set of keys made it easy for us to venture separately. The kitchen provided all the implements we needed for preparing our food as our restricted diets necessitated mostly eating in. The bed was very comfortable and the large TV was impressive! Overall, the apartment was an excellent place to help us do what we needed to do. Guaranteed parking was a necessity for us and Terence made sure we got it. Terence is an excellent communicator - quick to respond and willing to go the extra mile to ensure your stay will be a success!
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time here! Got to meet Terence to get the keys and he gave us some great ideas for things to do in the area. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the view fantastic. Plus, it's only a 20 minute walk to downtown Vancouver! I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely do it again!
Terence was a great host. He was actually in town when I arrived and gave some great suggestions on checking out the city. His place looked like the pictures and is on the best area. Depend on what you want to see, you won't need a car! There is great food and night life minutes away. Granville and Stanley Park are very close as well. Overall a great experience!
Terence was a fantastic host, and everything in his place was just as described. The location was beyond my expectations! Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the English Bay was probably one of the coolest things. My friend and I were in town for the Celebration of Lights fireworks show, and Terence's balcony did not disappoint. We didn't drive, but got to see all of the area by foot. We spent a full day of shopping and bar hopping in Gastown, took the Sea Bus to the other side, walked around Davies, walked around the water, etc. It was all fantastic. The apartment suits two people perfectly, and the laundry room is just around the corner from his front door. Very clean as well. It was a great experience, and it came just as I was losing all of my faith in airbnb.
Great View! I stayed for the weekend and absolutely loved the view. The apartment was clean and the fact that there was fireworks that weekend was a super plus. The beach across the street has many fun festivities going on so I would definitely recommend anyone who wants a view of the ocean to stay here.
Terence and his mom were wonderful and we would welcome them both back in the near future again. My animals loved them and enjoyed their company too.
Terence was an absolute pleasure to host. Friendly, respectful, communicated well and a superhero that saved lives in the ocean. Welcome back here anytime in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica.
Heh, thanks for the kind comments Shawn!
