We had an amazing week in Providenciales. Our hosts were fantastic. They're generosity and willingness to make sure our stay was perfect made the trip! The guest house is quaint and very comfortable. Staying in a traditional Caribbean cottage was definitely more appealing to us versus a resort on Grace Bay. The view from the cottage was unbelievable with easy access to the ocean and a private beach just a few steps from the house. We enjoyed going to local markets and buying fish directly from fishermen to cook at home. The location is more residential so having a car is a must, but well worth it to explore the island and visit various beaches and snorkeling sites.

A week in Paradise! Private Beach! Fully stocked kitchen! 2 comfy adirondeck chairs overlooking the Caribbean sea! This extremely private guest villa was just what the doctor ordered for a wonderful week of peace, quiet and sunshine. My husband and I loved our stay with Michel and his lovely family. While right next door to the family, we enjoyed total privacy. However, the host and his family were incredibly accomodating. They picked us up at TCI, took us to the grocery and wine shop and back to TCI at the end of the week. The first night we joined them on their patio for great wine and hors d'oerves and a full run down on the island, including restaurants, activities and transportation.
We had left behind ice and old man winter and needed to just sit on the beach to thaw out and re-charge our batteries and this was the perfect place to do that. We ate in 3 meals a day, read 8 books, drank great wine and relaxed. A perfect trip.
From arriving on 21st December 2014 to leaving on 28th December 2014 we had a terrific time at Sea View Guest House. The host and hostess were more than accommodating, We arrived late to early evening and had a wonderful time with them over a glass of wine - when they advised us of things to do not to do etc. They were a wonderful family with two little girls - and what made it special also was that they had two little kittens which we adopted - or should I say - they adopted us. Nothing was too much for this family in terms of making us feel at home. And that in a nutshell is what we both felt - as if we had unpacked our cases and felt at home. A car is adviseable - even for a couple of days. Accommodation ideally located - away from hustle and bustle of Grace Bay - but close to everything as long as you have transport. Guest house was clean, tidy with ample self catering facilities - as food is quite expensive - you can make you own meals if you want. There is an outside balcony seating area - with a sea view through the seas. We spent a lot of time here reading, sipping our coffee and eating our meals. Good wi-fi - but no TV. There is no A/C - but honestly there is no need for it - as there is a constant breeze and there are fans. It is not a luxuy villa but a charming colourful cottage that is good value and comfotable and we highly recommend it for your stay in Turks and Caicos. We would definitely return to stay there again - and possibly will in the near future.
It was a last minute booking. We did not really get to interact.
