I enjoy travelling and living in Samui. I am sociable and get along with all people. I am always willing to help and assist in any way that I can.

The host is now Justine and she is an AMAZING lady with the cutest family. Justine made sure we had everything we needed which made our stay fantastic! The condo was very clean. It's on the smaller side but it has everything you need. The pool was fantastic as well.
Some things to consider when booking this condo.
Location- it isn't in the center of town so you will need to use the condo's transportation (small fee) or rent a motor bike (300 baht a day but dangerous). You can walk to Fisherman's but it's about 15 minutes and the roads don't have sidewalks so I don't recommend it (also it's very hot in Thailand).
Plumbing- The plumbing in the building isn't the best. Saw this on tripadvisor as well so I don't think it's the unit, it's just the entire condo itself.
I recommend using the condo's free service to Chaweng. Book a trip to Ang Thong Marine Park (Grand Sea? or Grand View? is the company we used and they were great). Lamai is gorgeous. Get Thai massages daily. :)
WIFI was exceptional! Several routers to choose from throughout the resort (always around 10-18 mbps, which is blazing fast). I wish all reviews started by listing internet speed (especially as a couple who works remotely as we travel on our workcation). So there's that info, out of the way. :)
Elizabeth was such an excellent host! From the arrival to check-out, everything was well-thought out. Such a SMOOTH stay. Airbnb is admittedly much more of a risk (we are experiencing this risk right now as we are at a homestay in Ho Chi Minh City); it requires much more coordination and research on the part of the one who wishes to rent.
However, this rental experience was incredible! The price seems too good to be true, but it wasn't. It was literally a steal of a deal. Sure, it's a studio (limited space), but the space was so efficiently used. Every inch of this apartment is optimally and maximally used.
Kitchen supplies, toiletries, even several recent DVDs to watch. Elizabeth was extremely attentive.
You can easily get a moto rental for 200 baht ($6.5) a day down the street. The location is very good. It's an extremely short trek to Fisherman's Village, where you can find several delicious places to eat along the shore. Always eat a peanut butter, chocolate and banana crepe from street vendors. It's quite possibly the best decision you may make.
All in all, exceptional value. Excellent hospitality start to finish, and I cannot wait to come back to this luxury resort again. REPLAY Condominums are gorgeous.

Easy check in, Elizabeth helped us get to know the property and the amenities well. Great location on Samui and easy to get to by taxi if needed.
Elizabeth and Jason are both amazing hosts. We had such a care free, relaxing week. The resort has everything you need and the location can't be beat.
Our room was just like a hotel room, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. On check-in we received a wonderful welcome basket with lots of treats.
They had a great little scooter we rented which allowed us to explore the island. We had maps and info in our room ensuring we got to see the best of Koh Samui.
I would absolutely recommend staying with Elizabeth and Jason!
Elizabeth was such an amazing host, so helpful and kind. The studio was neat and clean with modern features and the resort itself was impressive. Perfect place to go home to after a big day! I would recommend staying here to anyone. The resort is close to Fisherman's Village, restaurants, laundry service, the beach, and as an added bonus there was 24-hour shop mini-mart at the resort! 10/10
Elizabeth was a wonderful host, and her flat was incredibly comfortable. A scooter or car would make getting around a bit easier, but i managed and walked most everywhere ~ just make sure you stay hydrated, and protected from the sun. Super comfortable place & great comunication!
Everything was awesome! Very nice condo and good facilities of resort included. Elizabeth and Jason was lovely and make our stay easy and comfortable. Thank you guys!
The reservation was canceled 6 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
If you're ever in need of a great hosts, then I can strongly suggest Elizabeth and Jason. They were extremely helpful, talkative and considerate.
When staying in someone else's property, I always want to feel welcome and that's exactly how they made me feel. They helped me learn to ride the scooter, lent me a tennis racket and even start your visit with a basket of little amenities.
Replay itself is well known resort in Samui. It's facilities really are top-notch. For tennis lovers, and who will stay for a long time, I recommend meeting Marco, a French tennis coach, and having a lesson or two!
The resort gets plenty of sun all day, and there's always people around, including swimmers at 10pm! There's onsite restaurant, which is more then adequate for a meal anytime of day (the bananas shakes are very refreshing!)
The 24hr FamilyMart provides the basics, but you'll be most wanting to head to Fishermans Village for a pleasant shopping / eating experience.
Replay is really only accessible by scooter / taxi / bus. The nearest places are about 15 minutes walk either way along the road or beach (Fishermans village / Bangrak). Bangrak beach is literally across the road, but it's the far left edge, so you'll want to head towards the middle for a nicer spot.
That said, a walk along the beach is always pleasant, and for access to the airport and the Big Buddha Pier (for Koh Phagnan - Full Moon Party?), the location is unbeatable.
My stay was dampened as I had just severely sprained my ankle before arrival, so only got to use the facilities in the 3rd week. When I did, Replay really started to prove itself as an all-in-one resort..now if only I wasn't afraid of falling of a scooter ;)
By the way, if you like to party, the main area, Chaewang is about a 15 minute taxi / scooter ride away, but both Bangrak and Fishermans Village are great starting points!
One of the best AirBNB experiences I've had. Elizabeth was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional at the same time, with all of the details executed extremely well. The apartment was very modern and clean, as was the whole complex. Great facilities, great location, great experience.
