I am very shocked at Dharmesh's comments as I was very attentive as was my caretaker. The only broken equipment resulted from the previous guest leaving the windows open which I explained to him had broken that morning.I made an extra effort to have the flat cleaned quickly so that they would not have to wait for check in time. He assured me it was ok when I offered to have them replaced immediately. As he did not want anyone in the room when he was out. The cable and cable are down due to road works which I telephoned him before he made the journey and advised about. I replaced those with a DVD player and screen. Wow extremely surprised. I would rather return a guests money or provide alternative accommodation than have them unhappy, its not worth my while to have unhappy guests.
