This was a great space! I booked it for my mom and friend to stay while they were visiting me in new york. It was a perfect location and a lovely apartment. The main living room area is roomy and comfortable (accurate to the description and photos) This Brooklyn neighborhood is ideal and very close to many train lines. The host was very kind to leave clean towels, sheets and soaps for the guests use. Overall a great experience!
Staying at Erin's apartment was great! It is located in a perfect location: close to train lines, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Erin was very easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The apartment is very cute and cozy. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again. Thanks Erin for all of your help!
Great stay at Erin's over the weekend. She was very accommodating and helpful, leaving the keys for me at the downstairs coffee shop since my arrival was delayed. Brightly lit and quiet space in an excellent neighborhood, the location can't be beat. Thanks Erin!
My husband and I stayed at Erin's place over a long weekend to visit my brother in late September. We loved the amazing location on Smith Street close to subway lines that make exploring Brooklyn and Manhattan a cinch. The apartment is clean and bright, with a comfortable living space and full kitchen. It is three flights up, giving you a private birds-eye view of Smith Street, with lots of cute cafes, restaurants, bars, and boutiques right outside the front door. It was a hot weekend, so we were happy to have a working A/C and fan. We enjoyed the music setup, too! Erin was very easy to get in touch and coordinate with. We would definitely stay here again!
The place is great. Good location, quiet, private and a nice apartment. I enjoyed the coffee shops and restaurants of Smith Street, and a walk to Brooklyn Bridge Park. Erin is really nice (even though I didn't meet her), and easy to contact.
