I love travel and adventure, but while I'm living here in the lovely New Orleans while attending university I've opened my home to others experiencing their adventures!

Olivia provided a comfortable, clean room. The streetcar ride to downtown was convenient and New Orleans proved to be a lot of fun. If we're ever in town again, Olivia's is a place at which we'd be happy to stay.
Olivia was a great host and kindly showed me New Orleans! Her home has beautiful high ceilings, and the room has two great windows to let in tons of light (or you can close the blinds), which I liked. All rooms are very spacious. The home is in a safe location that is walker-friendly (no car on this trip). It's walking distance from two local bars, one with atm, but I was able to get change at the other without buying anything. The street car and bus lines on Canal St are a short walk away, maybe 10 min. The street car can take you to see tourist attractions-French Quarter, cemeteries. There is also a local bike/walk path as well that runs perpendicular to Canal St. If you're out late past the streetcar service, it's only a $10 cab ride from the French Quarter. North of her place, towards the cemetaries, is an intersection accessible by street car or fifteen min walk where you can find a drug store or fast food. Her two cats are very friendly and give a warm welcome! I would definitely stay here again!
I enjoyed my stay at your very large home Olivia. I really liked your location, got good food from the bar (weird) down the street, thanks again. Basically my needs were minimal. I needed a clean place to stay, CHECK. Comfortable and relaxing environment, CHECK. Most importantly it was within 10mi of everywhere I wanted to be. Although I am allergic to cats (don't know how I missed that in your profile) I never had a reaction. Great cats by the way!
I didn't enjoy New Orleans as a city all that much. But Olivia's house was a welcome relief from the environment of the French Quarter.
The bedroom was private, clean, spacious and good value. I especially loved the bed - very comfortable and warm. I also liked that the bathroom facilities were so close to the bedroom - they were clean and nice smelling too. The laundry was a great help!
The kitchen and living area was open to guests as well.
Olivia was a good host - we chatted a few times and she was knowledgeable and friendly.
The cats were in the house - and while I am allergic to most cats, I found hers to be low allergy and quite friendly.
The location was handy for the Canal St street car, though I felt uneasy walking back to Olivia's home at night. The taxi fare is so cheap though - a safer option for night travel.
The first night I found the private entrance a bit dark and unsteady in the dark, but I told Olivia and asked if I could use the front entrance. She said she'd ensure it was better lit soon.
I recommend Olivia's house for people holidaying in New Orleans, but I also recommend they don't limit their stay to the French Quarter and explore a City Park, the museums, galleries and music. Do a tour or two for so,e in depth history.
I had really good time at Olivia' home.
I'm pround to recommend this space to you!
If you have plan to stay in New Orleans, do not hesitate to make resernation it!
Good location and safe area, your satisfaction is guaranteed!
in addition, Olivia is very kind and nice.
Thanks to her, we could spend great time in New Orleans.
We thank you for all she have done for us.
I hope see her again, of course stay again!
My friend and I had a good experience at Olivia's place. She was friendly, and responsible, and we found her place clean with what we needed for our short stay at New Orleans.
It was our first airbnb and We had a great time! Olivia was a very good host and made us feel comfortable right from the start. The room was clean, the bathroom available and spotless. It is situated in a nice neighbourghood, and the streetcar is not even a 5 minute walk away.
Only one thing to mention, her house is located on a corner of a somewhat busy intersection. For people used to live in a city, it might not be a big issue, but for me and my girlfriend who are used to live in an very quiet town, we had trouble sleeping the first night because of the traffic.
I would definately stay there again in a future trip to NOLA!

Olivia was quick to respond to any questions! She also was kind to accommodate luggage with an early arrival and late departure. Easy enough bus ride from airport on E2 but must time it right. Met the needs of sleep and comfort.
Olivia was an amazing host. She was available for our questions and she gave us tips about the city. The house was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Also, having a private entrance was nice. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Nola to stay at Olivia's place.
I stayed at Olivia's place while visiting NOLA over spring break. The best feature was that it was so close to the Canal St. Streetcar. A #3 daily pass made it easy to get all over town. I went to the French Quarter, Riverfront, St. Charles Ave. (to Tulane University), and Uptown.
Olivia provided plenty of towels, lines, coffee, and water. You had your own entrance into the room which was also nice. I am moving to NOLA in the summer and if I need a short term place to stay I will definitely come here.
