Always welcome! Malte und seine Frau sind total unkompliziert in der Kommunikation, super ordentlich und sympathisch.
Malte and Svenja were delightful guests. They explored and enjoyed visiting Pleasure Point, Santa Cruz and Monterey. with few questions on their own.
They are respectful, quiet, and lovely to have in my home. I welcome them back anytime!
Malte and his wife stayed with us for 6 weeks at The Noe Apartment in San Francisco. We could not have asked for better guests. They took care of the apartment as if it was their own and upon final check-out left it very clean. We highly recommend them to anyone else on airbnb.
It is such a pleasure to write a reference for Malte. I recently met Malte when my boyfriend and I attended his wedding in Elmshorn, Germany. I have never been to a more beautiful, loving wedding in my life. We stayed in his parents home and were immediately treated as family. I enjoyed watching Malte play the ultimate host at his reception... he constantly walked around making sure everything was in order and taken care of, especially his new wife, Svenja. Malte speaks fluent English and German, is a brilliant mind, has a great sense of humor and a warm heart.
I met Malte 3 or 4 years ago because I spoke at a conference speaking he was organising in Germany. Since then we have become friends and I've spent time with him in many places in the world as we both travel.
Malte is a considerate, capable person who really takes the time to do things the right way. His attention to detail has shone through in his work and is his personal life. I wouldn't hesitate to leave Malte the keys to my place because I know he is the kind of friend that would leave it exactly as he found it.
I've met Malte at various software conferences: He is one of the smartest, most hard working and dedicated software engineers around. On top of that he is a very sociable and nice person.
Despite what you may think given the armed stormtrooper on his shirt, Malte is actually a really friendly guy. He brings in dozens of folks from around the world to speak at the very successful tech conference he runs in Berlin every year, so he knows a thing or two about good hospitality.
