The cottage was cozy and lovely. Very private experience and a short walk to downtown Olympia. Highly recommended.
We were delighted to stay at the cozy Bungalow in Olympia. It was especially nice to be greeted with a blooming garden of tulips and other flowers during our Easter week visit. The kitchen is nicely outfitted for cooks and although we didn't have time to make meals on this trip, we will definitely will on our next visit to Olympia.
My friend and I enjoyed a lovely weekend at The Bungalow. Cozy and private in a quiet neighborhood, it's only a quick walk to the restaurants and shops of downtown Olympia. Ellen was available via phone/text to ensure we had everything we needed. We loved the unique touches, and would happily stay here again. Thanks, Ellen!
The bungalow was charming and Ellen was a great host! Thanks!
We had a great stay at Ellen's cottage. We never met her in person, but she had arranged easy access to the cottage and we found it to be perfect for our needs. In fact, it was fully furnished with anything that one might need for a comfortable stay with a fully functional kitchen to boot. One of my favorite features was the little private yard off the cottage's patio, which we utilized multiple times. The location is also quite good, close to the Downtown area (about 10-15 minute walk) yet far enough from the noise and hustle-and-bustle typical for downtown areas.
The Bungalow was a terrific place for my family and I (3 people total) to stay for 2 nights. It is just as advertised, very cute, unique and comfortable. You can see that much attention was paid to detail in the design. Was very private. It was very close to town and a perfect place for us to stay. Parking was super easy.
We stayed two nights at The Bungalow in February. Everything went very smoothly, The little house is quite cozy, and is located on a quiet street not too far from downtown. We never met our host, Ellen, but communicated by text before and during our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend her place to anyone wanting a quiet place to stay in Olympia.
Joe and Jantina were excellent to host...very clean and considerate of the space.
Great house only a few blocks away from downtown! We came to Olympia to visit our new nephew during the day and went bar hopping in downtown Olympia at night which was surprisingly really fun. Ellen made it easy for us to get in and the place had everything we needed and more. Very nice shower as well!
Chris and his family were excellent to host...very clean and considerate of the space.
We had an absolutely perfect time at The Bungalow. It's gorgeous and just the perfect distance away from downtown while still being walkable. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!
I loved the Cottage! It was so cozy, close to good food and shops. Ellen was very easy to communicate with and I will definitely stay here again! Thanks Ellen!
Ellen and her family stayed with us for a couple of nights in our wilderness cabin outpost; they were friendly and self sufficient and we enjoyed having them visit. Five stars all around including well-behaved kids and interesting chats.
We loved having Ellen and Kirk as guests in our home this past weekend. They are a delightful couple, comfortable to be around, easy to talk to, and conscientious when it comes to leaving everything neat and tidy.
We would love to host them again in the future and can recommend them wholeheartedly.
