Amy and her husband were nice, but probably not the right visitors for more of a "budget type" of location. They seemed like they would be more comfortable in a hotel like environment... Where everything is setup for the comfort and ease of the quests at the extra price of course!.....Living like the "natives" seemed like it was difficult for them....Especially since their demands seem to be exceedingly high....Be prepared to have to explain everything for them, even when it was written down in writing... Also any review that they might leave will most likely affect your business negatively for some time, because of their “unknowingly” including information that is naturally part of the budget or Eco friendly location like “centipede”, “stubbed toes”, “bumped heads”, “ building codes are apparently nonexistent”, “nerve-wracking climb”, “narrow stairs” and “work in progress”. Statements like these will most definitely be misinterpreted by future guests. So check beforehand if you feel any of these issues might be a stumble block, before you rent to her...
Amy and her husband came to spend the night before heading up to the Yosemite area. It was a quick visit and they were early to bed, early to rise. She actually was up before me and I think that's a first. I'm a morning person and love that time of day. Had some nice conversation and they got an early start. They were excellent guests who were quiet, relaxed, neat and tidy. Thank you for staying and adding to our airbnb experience we love.
She is a friendly guest, very recomendable.
They were delightful guests, leaving my home clean and tidy and resourceful and understanding of a few hiccups since they were my first guest ever! Hope everyone is as considerate as these guys. Highly recommend!
