The listing description is accurate and the neighborhood is safe, accessible and in fantastic proximity to downtown spots such as Union Square. Michelle was a great host, very responsive and pleasant to deal with.
The apartment building is very new and quite nice. It was an easy walk from the Powell Street BART, the Moscone Center, and Whole Foods. The bed was comfortable and there was no noticable noise from the neighbors. As a plus, there's a large outdoor patio.
We couldn't have asked for anything better. Michelle's apartment is very spacious, clean and includes all the facilities new condo buildings include. Our stay was very comfortable. Thank you!!
Michelle was a great host. I stayed for a couple of days over New Year's Eve. She was very helpful and answered all questions quickly. All was perfect. Very nice and clean flat, ideally located. A lot of things to check out in the area and easy access to the center. Michelle gave some really good advice for planning my trip, what to see etc. Would definitely stay again.
Nice flat in a fairly accessible area of town. Michelle was very accommodating and responsive, which was much appreciated. The cleaning lady waited for us to give us the keys, even though our flight was an hour late and Michelle's friend came to pick them up in the morning. The flat itself is very clean and quiet in a safe neighbourhood. I would stay again. Thanks Michelle!
Michelle is a simple girl clear and correct and that I recommend with great pleasure.
She stayed with us with his two friends for four days and everything was ok
Thanks again and best wishes to all. Danilo
Michelle was a great guest! Quiet and polite, overall great. Would let her definitely stay again.
It was a pleasure hosting Michelle and Michael, when they visited Berkeley for their first time. They kept the flat clean, communicated promptly, and we got to share a game of ping pong.
