As a response to your review I would like to remind you that Airbnb is based on the honesty of both host and guest.
My wife and I honestly appreciate your attempt to fit the broken and filthy washing machine that almost cut my wife's hand off.
We honestly appreciate the attempt to repair the food incrusted and dirty stove that "other people" had broken as you said.
However, we do not appreciate the numerous danger hazards associated with this
so called Airbnb.
Stairs with bending and weak metal steps though a tiny hole with NO safety rail to hold.
Dangerous and unsanitary washing machine that is directly opens into the cooking area.
Broken light fixtures that you said, once again, "someone else" broke.
Broken shower head that could have easily been fixed.
A thin and dirty fold out mattress with torn and stained rubber foam.
Of the last two points, one being beyond your control and the last one is something you might want to consider.
First is the aggressive prostitution group and drug sales outside your Airbnb. Is the place really suitable for guests with children?
Secondly -if you don't like dog hair , don't accept dogs.
