Hi! I was born and brought up in Wellington..,great place to grow up.
I enjoy watching movies and TV shows, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family. :)

I was so relieved to find this apartment still available when another AirBNB place I’d booked was cancelled at the last minute! Despite short notice, Renu contacted me and organised everything very quickly, and greeted me when I arrived on a weekday afternoon.
I was a little disappointed when I first saw the apartment as it looks a lot cheerier in the photos, but then I was never there when the sun was shining like that! However, everything was as described by Renu and my stay was comfortable. I thought the noise from the motorway would keep me awake, but it eased off every night.
Location, location, location! I stayed here a week while I attended a conference, very close by at the Pipitea campus of Victoria Uni. The apartment was also easy walking distance to everywhere else I wanted to go in the city - the waterfront, Cuba Street, Courtney Place, Botanic Gardens - all the central tourist places.
I stayed with my family for two nights in Renu's home. Renu is a very sympathic host, the apartment was it like in the description. The communication was excellent. It's a central located place, the city centre you arrive by foot. In the rear side there's a parking place for 15 $ per day. Depending on the highway in the backside it could be sometimes quite noisy.
Renu met us at the apartment and showed us where everything was. We had phoned to say we were arriving. All went very smoothly. Very good central location for our visit to the city. If you don't know about James Cook hotel shortcut to the lower level it is worth finding out. Appartment did everything we needed.
We (myself, my husband and my 2 girls) had a great 3 day visit. The apartment was very close to everything and had everything we needed. We would stay here again
Really well equiped and very central. Good communication with the owner.
Just a bit noisy due to the highway passing in front of the building.
Renu was very helpful and change over and leaving went smoothly. The apartment is centrally located so convenient. It is also very reasonably priced.
However it was really wet, water condensing on the walls, the paper in the kids books even crinkled and the sheets and bedding we bought with us felt wet after one night. Heating or dehumidifying didn't seem to work.
Also the double bed wasn't great. The sofa bed and the single were fine.
Everything else was good.
Great location and good communication. Awesome spot and good facilities. Usually we stay in hotels/motels but Renu has converted me to using Airbnb again :)
Location was good. Communication was fine. there were three of us and we fit easily into the two bedrooms. Kitchen had adequate equipment. Unfortunately, the windows were actually two pieces of glass that could not be cleaned since no tool could fit between them. This distracted the view which was a nuisance in an otherwise clean apartment. Also, public parking in the area is at least $15 for 12 hours. very difficult to park a car without paying a lot of money. I would still recommend this apartment for a place to stay in Wellington.
Great location! Renu was very helpful when we came to check in, and it was nice to have a place to ourselves.
Renu was very helpful and accommodating. We couldn't meet up with her until late on a Friday due to flight changes and she set us up to meet with her mom since she was out of town. I think that speaks volumes to her loyalty to her word. The apartment was in the center of the city of Wellington and easily walkable to everything.
