Olivia is a pro AirBnb renter. She had everything set up and automated. I never met her in person, but she responded to any questions I had in about 24 hrs. The apartment is in a great, great location in 7th Arrandissment. Thay is what you are paying for. Bedroom is a little cramped, and bathroom is a tad run down. We spent very little time in the flat, except to sleep. There is a full usable kitchen with freezer even. Washing machine is out of order. This listing is ideal for someone who is going to be exploring Paris all day, and wants to come back to change and shower quickly before going out for dinner and drinks. Close to Ecole Militaire metro stop. The bed slept 2 relatively comfortably. There are fans in both rooms, but no AC. Windows look out only on courtyard, so not the greatest view or ventilation. We paid $125/night for a July visit. Nearby hotels were 150-175 euros a night. There were only 2 towels, 2 rolls of tp provided. No water or coffee or breakfast snacks as other AirBnb hosts have supplied in the past. Some bottled water would have been nice touch. WiFi was excellent strength and fast. She also supplies a landline which can call US for free. Easy chwck in and check out as key is left in lockbox attached to door frame. Looking back, it may have been worth the extra $100 to get the hotel experience and benefits for 2 nights. The apartment would be a better deal for $100/night after all fees. Again, great location in the 7th arrandissment near Tour D'Eiffel, Rue Cler, Invalides, and the Seine which was hopping every night!
My friends and I really enjoyed our three night stay at Olivia's Glasgow apartment. She met us on arrival in person and made us feel welcome, and gave me a tour and advice about the city. It was clean and comfortable and well equipped throughout.
The apartment is well located close to the subway plus has a variety of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It was a great base for our stay and will definitely return the next time I'm in Glasgow.
The listing was accurately described. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Centrally located and near groceries, restaurants, and even pharmacies. Near Train station and bus station. Eiffel tower is 15 minutes walk away while Napoleon's tomb and army museum at House of Invalides is 10 minutes walk. I was not able to meet Olivia but we communicate easily thru email. She even allowed us a late check out and let us leave our luggages for we have a late flight in the evening. Will definitely stay again in the future.
Excellent location and apartment was as described. Olivia was very responsive and helpful.
This is a fantastic flat. One, it is tastefully and well appointed. Two, it is very good value. Thirdly, and above all, it is in a superb location. You have great art, a superb comedy club, a metro station, coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques galore all on your doorstep.
thanks olivia! was great experience :)
Departamento limpio, muy lindo, a pesar de problemas con los horarios de los vuelos , todo fue muy bien. Muy recomendable.
Our family of three enjoyed staying in this classic French apartment in the heart of the 7th arrondissement. We did not meet Olivia or have a need to contact her, as her instructions were extremely detailed and easy to follow. The location is great - near the Rue Cler! There were two fans in the apartment, MUCH appreciated in the extreme heat. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The internet access was good. One night. a neighbor had a loud party, but otherwise this was an quiet, peaceful place. We would stay here again!
The studio was great. On a quiet street in (what I think) is one of the coolest neighborhoods in Paris. Next to great restaurants and some markets for you to get whatever you want for the studio fridge. Very close to a couple metro lines. You can walk everywhere. It's safe. All around it was a great place to stay. Thanks Olivia!
I called Olivia a couple of times when arriving, because I was a bit confused about the codes for the doors. She was very friendly and helpful and speaking English very well.
Marais was as expected very nice at the apartment is very well located. Also, I felt very safe there.
The apartment is in a very poor statement, the walls are crackled and the bed makes sounds when moving. It didn't bother me that much though because it was clean, clean towels, clean kitchen and has all you need for one person. I wouldn't recommend it for two persons. The wifi connection was good.
Olivia was friendly and allowed me a late check out, which was very nice. Thank you for a nice stay in Paris, Olivia!
Olivia blamed me about the fact that she didn't have enough space to tidy her clothes up I recognize there s only one closet in my appartment,I should have left coat hangers....but regarding bathroom I have left enough space to put thing for 4days, I am sorry for the fact that this isnt empty but I m not going to move my entire apartment every time someone comes for a few days, and noone never complained about that.. moreover the lack of space and the fact she didn't feel comfortable in someone else space means she should try to book a hotel, not an occupied place.. As she didn't even take the time to email or text to know if her late arrival time was the most convenient for me, ..sorry I think next time she should try NOVOTEL,they have empty rooms , with closet full of space and a reception desk waiting 24/7... regards
It has been a pleasure hosting Olivia and her friend in Olbia. They left the aprtment i perfect conditions.
