Hey, I’m Miranda!

London, United Kingdom · Member since August 2011

Hi I am Miranda - A life long Londoner with a flair for travel, food and architecture. I enjoy interiors, it's also what I do for my work and I hope it is reflected in my home. Myself, my husband, and our daughter have been enjoyed running our duplex half as a home and half as a great business for introducing people to our local neighbourhood and corner of the world. We love hosting and in this our 5th year on airbnb can truly say it's changed the way we live our life and we have met some amazing and lovely people.

We invite you to enjoy the comfort and beautiful tranquility of our sunny, spacious 3 double, 2 bathroomed town house to kick back and relax in as if it were you're own home away from home. It can be rented room only or you can have the entire place. The house looks over a great communal park so plenty of outside space with a playground for kids too.

I'd love to help you get the most out of your visit to this great capital city that I live in, know and love. My husband and I have a lot of quirky guide books on the bookshelf and maps for you to use, lots of local knowledge of markets, eateries and fun places to visit. We are a relaxed laid back, respectful couple with our chirpy girl Mila all having fun in Brixton.

We have opened our home as a family vacation home, a lodge house, a bed and breakfast, a launch pad to explore and sightsee in London, and for the Olympics. It even works for hen parties and bachelorette parties, for the wedding group to get ready in and even as the wedding couple's honeymoon suite. How would you like to use it?

We look forward to hearing from you.
