Jean, I am sorry you feel the need make up false fairy tales to cover up for your inability to accommodate paying customers. We kept communicating to you that our flight would be coming in late and you were okay with that - you were drunk (which was quite embarrassing because we had our daughter with us) when we got there because you had been there waiting for us and decided to drink a several bottles of wine - and no we were not jumping up and down for joy because we were tired and then when we walked in, we were very disappointed; we were taken by surprise by the fact that you had no T.V. or A/C and (there were mosquitoes and flies and moths flying all around and you really expected us to sleep like that!) because you advertise that your apartment is "family friendly"; we asked for Complimentary wine or a bottle of water and some croissants - and you charged us for it - instead of just saying NO or asking us if we would like to purchase them; our fee included a cleaning fee, so if there is hair on the floor in the bathroom or whatever, you should be cleaning that because you got paid for that service (cleaning); I never saw a text from you that you couldn't call the cab right away - you did that part perfectly - and we thank you for that - you even got us a low price! Maybe you should re-think being a host on AirBnB.
