The host charged an extra £20 per day for two folding beds for my younger brother and sister. One folded in half / collapsed as soon as my 14 year old sister lay on it. The other had slats that were falling apart and snapped when my brother sat on them. The host was not proactive in addressing these problems when I emailed him complaining earlier on in our stay. As we were paying premium fees to stay in this unit we did not expect that we needed to do a full exit clean, although we ensured that the kitchen was spotless and all rubbish put in the bags provided as specified in the house rules. There was no information or instructions on how or where to dispose of the rubbish further than the house rules.
I was very disappointed with this hosts communication skills and lack of friendliness throughout our stay.
As you can see from all of my previous reviews I have always left my airbnb accommodation and was very surprised by this review.
