I thought the place was nice. Easy access to temple bar.. and shops
I had a terrible experience with James.
Three days before the check-in he asked more money.
His emails were always cryptic.
Finally he accepted the original agreement & didn't charge us with more money but on the day of our landing he sent an email ,telling me that the apartment was changed .The new flat was farther from the city center & was extremely filthy.
The same was for the sheets and the pillows that he gave us.
He brought people to vist the flat while we were there, that's really inappropriate.
We were met by a friend of our host and made to feel welcome. Everything was as described and we would happily recomond this to anyone. It was even more central than we had realised. It was bright and airy. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.
Nice and clean flat, and good location in the city centre almost. We didnt meet but I met one of your friend with the key that welcome us properly. Thank you!
James was very helpful and always quick to answer. Due to some last minute changes, my friends and I were placed in another apartment in the city centre instead. We don't know why we were switched, but we didn't mind as the new apartment was very central and we received a new contact person from James who met us upon arrival. So it was no extra trouble for us. We had a great stay!
Nice guy, good communication, nice apartment, great (email hidden)es need to buy some towels though, I traveled light as only in Dublin 2 nights and had to improvise!
Great place, clean, central and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend
Great place and friendly host. The only downside was that we had to buy our own toilet paper and bring our own towels. In all my years of traveling I've never stayed anywhere that required guests to bring their own toilet paper except in extremely low end places in India. This was a disappointment and made all of us feel very unimportant as if the owner didn't care about the guests. Also, not sure why there is a cleaning fee because the place was not clean when we got there. The bathroom was very dirty.
