Give me a roof over my head, plenty of buttered toast, and no creditors in sight, and I shine with the best of them.
Wonderful trip to Santa Monica. The apartment was spacious and the room was very comfortable. Erica was a great host and very accommodating. The neighborhood is beautiful and made for a great first visit to the West Coast.
The host canceled this reservation 3 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
I stayed in Erica's apartment for around one week, it was a great week, Erica and her family are so nice and kind, they support me to use my second language and more. However, the apartment is so clean, well arranged, and no "bad smell" at all which is my problem with other homesteads!!
Erica was a fantastic host! Her place is lovley and she made me feel like i was at home. Definitely recommend staying here :)
I'm so grateful and lucky that I can find some place like Eric's home when I travel alone in Los Angles. They are not just one place for stay, they make me feel I'm going home. My English is not so good but they have enough patience for me. We go Disneyland together, having dinner together. They make me feel warm. Erica will always prepare breakfast for me and the coffee is awesome. I make a friend with Hector, the boy on the first picture. He is warm-hearted and funny. And they have a black dog which is so friendly. I don't know how to describe my feeling cause I think I could only express myself well in my mother language. I will definitely recommend my friend to stay there. And by the way it's also very convenient if you want to go to the beach. Only 5 mins to Santa Monica pier by car.
I had a great night stay here! Easy to access, convenient from LAX and about a 15 min walk you e beach. Erica and her son were very lovely and welcoming.
The flat was very nice and the room was clean and had nice furniture. Erica was very friendly and immediately offered me a tea and a glass of wine. She explained me everything about the flat and made me feel home immediately.
The location is probably just a little bit too far from the coast to easily walk there, but with a bicycle you're there in no time.
Though I didn't get to meet Erica (because she was out of town), she was very welcoming to me from afar, and her home is lovely, bright and comfortable. Her son, who lives there as well, was very helpful and welcoming. I would love to stay here again.
I booked Erica's room on the basis of three things: the fact that she had a chill dog, the fact that her son was learning guitar and the fact that she had a photo of a classic mustang on her wall. My intuition turned out to be spot on...the dog was very relaxed and welcoming; the sons was indeed creative and interesting and the flat was of course retro-ish and cosy.
And being on 11 blocks to the beach and five to Lincoln its something of a no-brainer...
Oh, and Erika was a very helpful host too...
Erica was such a great host! She made a delicious cup of coffee for me in the morning and her dog Ozlo was awesome :) She is a prime example of why I love Airbnb - you get to meet interesting people and feel like you're staying with a friend.
We had a wonderful time with Erica! She is a deLightful guest, open, fun, interested and interesting and a treat to be with ... A true airbnb family member !
Erica was a really good guest. She looked after my house and left it nice and clean.
Erica is a lovely person, both inside and out and as an added bonus she's super fun, super interesting, and pretty hilarious. Having her here was like hosting a family member, it was that easy...the only complaint we have is she was here for just one night. Host Erica immediately, you won't regret it!
Erica is a fine and beautiful lady. We had nice conversations over a cup of coffe. Very clean and considered person.
