I am a research analyst working for a financial firm in Beijing. I was born and raised in China, but I once lived in Tokyo, Japan for three years in my first job. I have travelled extensively in East Asia, but have only been to US/EU for a couple times.
I like backpacking - as long as time permits, I'd like to travel to different continents as much as possible. I am a nice and easy-going guy - I enjoy being with friends having a good time, as much as simply reading in a quite afternoon. As for temporary accommodation, I am fine as long the place is safe and clean - don't think that's too much to ask, is it?
My favourite movie is "The Shawshrank Redemption". One takeaway is "some birds aren't meant to be caged; their feathers are just too bright"; another is "get busy living, or get busy dying". My favourite book is "The Social Network", as it reminds me of the exciting days as a computer programmer always trying to create something intereting with pure imagination and a set of coding rules.
