I live in New York for the past 2 years. I work as a doctor and enjoy everything this great city has to offer.

Clean apartment, great location, very simple check-in/check-out process. Eitan is a great host (and very responsive)- would definitely recommend this place!
The apartment was great with a fantastic view and the actual space was perfect. The lobby of the building was very impressive and communicating with Eitan was very good. Also the location was great.
However the overall cleanliness was not the best. The garbage can in the bathroom full of used paper that did not have a good apperance. There were dirty cloths that were visible so the truth was that the apartment did not look well kept. The truth was you can see that some one live in the apartment who was not too worry about keeping up the place.
I really like the location of this apartment, quiet and in a nice neighborhood. The lobby is very pretty. The outside view on the balcony is amazing, day or night. The whole place is clean and well kept. I'd definitely rent it again when I go down to the city next time!
Lovely place. Very clean and spacious. Classy, upscale building. Would definitely come back here anytime I'm in the city.
Nice place, well furnished, clean and plenty of space.
The location is near very convenient Bus lines, and 10 mn by foot from Subway.
WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN! There are large contradictions between add and reality... we stayed there for 4 nights, and the apartment was indeed pleasant, comfortable and clean. BUT THE LOCATION WAS TERRIBLE - it is 15 mts from subway (seven avenues, not "few blocks” as Eitan writes, check on the map), and when it’s hot or cold or dark you have to wait long time for the bus, which is very slow. So if you want to get to the apartment in the middle of the day to shower, you waist almost an hour just to get there from the subway. In addition, 34th street is very busy and the apartment, though on the 9th floor, is right on the street and FDR road. There is terrible noise almost through the entire day (woke us up every day at 6:30 AM), and if that’s not enough, there are construction works right across the road and they start at 7AM. The constructions will go on for a while and if you are not an (very) early morning person - you will not enjoy your trip (except weekend, when they stop). We wanted to change apartment but couldn't find anything else at such short notice so we stayed. Eitan also promised us that the apartment is close to places we can dine and have fun, but it’s not and you have to take a bus anywhere. It is outrageous to charge so much for an apartment which location is so inconvenient. and to think we gave up cheaper apartment at a great location in the east village... don't make the same mistake. It’s better to pay less for an apartment in upper Manhattan which has easy subway location. This apartment, though look tempting, is not worth what he charges at all!
Eitan's place was great for us - we went down to NY to celebrate a friend's birthday, and we were a couple of college students on a budget. His place was right next to the river and you could see Brooklyn from his balcony (though we didn't go on it, as it was still rather cold outside. Huge living room, great comfortable bed and fast internet to get some work done. Easily accessible to public transit (metro two blocks away) and convenient for taxis (right next to FDR).
Would definitely stay again next time I'm in NY!
The reservation was canceled 3 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Eitan's home was a great home base for NYE in NYC! He's got fabulous views of Brooklyn and the Empire State building. His place is very clean and simple. Key pickup was seamless and easy.
The place is very nice and comfortable, and Eitan was a fantastic host. Our needs were a bit out of the ordinary, but Eitan was very accommodating to our needs. We ended up causing some damage to his apartment, but he was understanding and charged us a fair price to cover the damage.
Eitan was a wonderful guest. He left the apartment cleaner than he received it! It was a pleasure communicating with him and everything went very smoothly. I would recommend him to all Airbnb renters and apartment owners!!
