Fantastic, functional, well equipped and well maintained town home located walking distance from Morgan Crossing shops and restaurants and parks. Easy access to Highway 99 also. Loved the huge double garage. Perfect for a family.

Very convenient and spacious apartment well-located near shops and restaurants in Richmond.
The beds are _very_ firm, which was fine for me but might not work for everyone.
The windows are very large and so the apartment is bright, but the windows cannot really be left open overnight or when one is out, so the apartment can get a bit stuffy.
With Vancouver's very damp climate, the apartment had a bit of a mildewy smell, though the owners are arranging for specializing mold/mildew treatment.
The apartment was very well-stocked with nice towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and paper products.
I liked this apartment very much and would stay there again.
The apartment is clean and spacious. The location in Richmond is excellent and one can easily walk over to Landowne Mall for food, amenities, groceries and shopping. It is within walking distance to the Canada line skytrain station and it is even close to a 24/7 Chinese restaurant called No. 9 in Lansdowne Mall. This ground floor apartment is clean and secure and has everything like toiletries, detergent, tissues and the kind landlord even put a bag of bagels and cheese to welcome us as we arrived at night. You have a full kitchen with microwave oven to make your stay a convenient one. Some shortfalls would be that there are just 1 pot, and 2 frying pans and a kettle. If you are cooking during your vacation, you might find it a little challenging. The other thing to note is that the facilities offered is in another adjacent building closeby. From the apartment you have a separate entrance/exit as it is not enclosed in the main condo building. Hence accessing the carpark and waste/recycling means having to get out of into the street and back into the main building as there is no direct access.
