HI, My wife and I are early 50s active, healthy, very responsible, respectful and mindful of others and our planet. We are traveling to Sydney to visit our daughter in college, studying at Univ of Wollongong, and to travel and enjoy the city.
If you accept us, we would like to know if it is possible, if it is not rented of course, to add one more night to our stay, should we decide to, while we are there. Of course, if someone else is to rent it, we would understand that it may not be possible. Perhaps we could be offered "first right of refusal"? If not, no big deal. We stayed at an airbnb in New York City last yr. and enjoy being able to shop and live independently for a few days. Interests include hiking (Blue Mts?) and Scuba Diving... we will be coming to Sydney after spending a few days up at Airlie Beach/Whitsunday Islands area.
Also, there is a chance our daughter may want to stay with us at the apt for one or two nights. We will be happy to pay the extra fee should that be the case. We will be honest and will be happy to let you know if she does. You know those college age kids. She cant commit as she may want to be with her new Aussie friends. :).
Thanks for your consideration,
Rob and Karen Friedman
