During the farm tour, we will pick the ingredients that we are going to use during the cooking class for a true farm to table cooking experience. Once we arrive at the centre of the community, Mai Organic farm, we will drink a refreshing juice made with vegetables and fruit from our local farms. Following the drink, we will prepare six Balinese dishes, such as tuna sate and corn fritters. Students are able to participate as much or as little as they would like. Enjoying the natural beauty of kintamani in the mount batur area with jeeps is very popular in kintamani. Mount batur is a safe, active volcano which is located in Kintamani District and Bangli Regency. Mount batur is around 1717m above the sea level and has an unforgettable sunrise at the summit. Views include Caldera Batur, Mt Abang, Mt Agung and sights as far as Rinjani volcano on Lombok island. It is a two hour trek to get to the summit, with sunrise at around 6am.
