Beautiful old village, on top of a hill with fantastic views. Very quiet area and friendly people. A nice meal at the various restaurants. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a good bed and a fantastic shower. You are within a few counts in nature or in the middle of the village. The place stole our heart. Marco is a good host, always ready for you and knows like no other what you can do in Monticchiello and surroundings.

Alex is an amazing host. She made us feel so welcome. The apartment was very Tuscan quaint and the location was wonderful for driving around Tuscany.

We were guests of this wonderful farmhouse and we can only recommend it. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, making us feel at home right away. The farmhouse is equipped with everything you need, very spacious and cozy, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. A special mention goes to the local oil: really excellent! We were very satisfied and we definitely feel lucky to have chosen this place for our stay!

We loved our stay in Montepulciano. Marta was so helpful and incredibly responsive. The place is charming and in a wonderful location. We were lucky to be here for the Christmas market.

Such a wonderful place to truly experience the countryside of Italy! We loved staying here and had a wonderful two night stay! We even looked to try and extend our stay but it was already booked out. We loved the view overlooking the vineyards and olive groves. They provided a meat and cheese along with a bottle of wine and breakfast options! We would highly recommend experiencing this hayloft in Italy!

Davide’s Secret Garden was a great place for our few days in Sienna with my wife and two college-aged kids. Conveniently located, everything was within a 10 minute walk. Davide was responsive and helpful when we needed it. Beautiful views from inside the house, and everything you need for a great stay. We were there in late November, so it was a little too chilly to take advantage of his lovely garden, but we would have taken advantage of it had it been a bit warmer.

Lisa Jane was super friendly and very responsive. She gave perfect directions for us to locate the house and find parking for our car, and she met us at check in and gave us the walk through of the house. The house is very tastefully decorated with high-end furnishings and bed linens. The location is perfect and within walking distance of all the things. She had the refrigerator stocked with breakfast items and coffee available to get us started for the next day, and even provided us with a bottle of local wine. The only issue we encountered was that there were only two bath towels available for two of us to use with the hot tub and for showers, but we made the best of it. All in all, it was the perfect place for us to enjoy our 4 day stay in Montalcino!

The stay at Mario was wonderful. Staying in a private house over two floors with a large garden, that already has something. Despite the cold temperatures at night, it was well heated. The large living/dining room with kitchen on the first floor is beautiful and tastefully decorated and nothing is missing. There are great travel destinations in the area and also walking trails are close by. Mario was a very friendly and helpful host. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Nice and relaxing place

A very nice host for people who love the special nature of Tuscany and the architecture of the old farmhouses. The recommendations for the area, restaurants, etc. are very good and accurate.

We are traveling around Tuscany and Anna’s place was a favorite! She’s a true gem. She was helpful with all of our questions and very warm and kind. We followed her recommendations in all the surrounding towns and were delighted with every meal. The apartment is truly special with an incredible view. The location could not be better. I don’t know what I was expecting, but the view brought immediate tears to my eyes. The place is so cool! Make sure to look in the closet! We will make another trip and will make a point of staying here! Anna, you’re the best!!!

We had a lovely time in Montepulciano, and Giacomo and Michele's place was our favorite spot during our two week trip throughout Rome and Tuscany. Aside from covering all of the basics that you'd want in a space (very clean, plenty of kitchenware, great location, etc), the apartment felt so special – the bedroom overlooks gorgeous hills which are absolutely stunning at sunset and sunrise. The light in the apartment at sunrise is absolutely magical. In addition, this space (and the whole building) feels really unique in that it has a ton of character with beautiful antique furnishings, but it also has modern amenities and comforts (kitchen, comfy bed). You can't beat the location. Just perfect – walkable, safe, charming. Giacomo and Michele offered tons of recommendations for our trip upon check in, which was so helpful! Finally, definitely stop in Lalma cafe next door! We had breakfast there twice! Would stay again, wish we could have stayed for a month!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there are beautiful views from the bedroom window. Fernanda was very thoughtful and left us a bottle of local wine. We had an issue with batteries in the remote and she had new batteries sent right over, went above our expectations. The shower was wonderful.

Very nice stay at Andrea's flat. Personalized check in, great restaurant and winery recommendations prior to arrival, clean flat, strong wifi and powerful shower. Right in the village and parking just 5 min walk down the hill. Andrea was super helpful too, I would recommend.

Francesco and Cecilia’s space is stunning, peaceful, huge and relaxing. It was hard to leave their place to explore Tuscany because their place is so fantastic. The space is huge, the bed is comfortable, bathroom huge, kitchen is huge and well stocked. This airbnb is more than 5 stars. It’s the kind of place you want to come forever. So comfy, so beautiful, so peaceful. Francesco and Cecilia are helpful, friendly and generous. It’s an extraordinary airbnb. This one goes to 11, if you know that reference.

The apartment is up to date and very comfortable. Stand out features: the large bathroom, king bed, ease of check in, and the view! Walking is challenging since the roads are steep, steps are steep up to the door and parking is not always available close to the apartment, so if you have any problems with walking, this may not be the right Airbnb for you.

Wonderful vibe at this place! The way everything is laid out is just really interesting and cool. We were in town for the Arezzo Antique Fair and it was super conveniently located. We parked at the free lot outside the wall and took the escalators. Not really much of an issue with our luggage...maybe a 10 minute walk.

We would highly recommend Leonardo’s place! It was beautiful and spacious, you couldn’t ask for anything better! Leonardo was a great host and very helpful! We would definitely come return for another visit!

Vittorio and the co-host made our stay unforgettable. The house was literally my dream place in Tuscany and will book again next time in Montalcino. The terrace was just a dream. We would go back after dinner just to sit there watch the stars and drink amazing wine all night long. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Milva’s Nest (Orvieto) well and truly exceeded our expectations. Simona (and her husband) was an excellent host. It felt like nothing was too much trouble and she responded to our communications promptly. The apartment is an easy walk to everything (bus stops, grocery store, restaurants/cafes and attractions). There is lots to see and do in Orvieto and we thoroughly enjoyed our time exploring. The apartment is the best we have stayed in, in Italy. It is beautifully furnished and decorated with lots of personal touches. It is quiet and peaceful with the most glorious view across the Umbrian countryside. We would definitely give our stay a 10 out of 10.

We really enjoyed staying at Rafaele's place. The day we arrived it was pouring rain and he met us on the walk in with umbrellas. He gave us a tour of the place and some suggestions for things to do. It is a spacious location with stunningly beautiful views. We also liked having two bathrooms and a washer to do some laundry. There is a free parking lot nearby as well as some great restaurants.

This was THE best airbnb we have ever stayed in. Barbara met us in town and drove us to the estate. we were missing a bottle opener and Andrea came at 8pm to drop one off for us! Thank you So much! we had use of the hot tub each night and the girls LOVED the archery and lawn games! this house was the most characteristic charming we have seen. well done Barbara and Andrea! we didnt want to leave and will certainly come back!

We loved our stay at Gessica's apartment in the heart of Montepulciano. Gessica's mother Giovanni checked-us in and even walked down to the No. 7 carpark to show us where the apartment was located and helped us bring up our bags. (We could not drive into the city to drop our luggage as there was a Christmas festival and the streets were packed with people.). We very much enjoyed the view from the terrace and it was a nice location to walk around Montepulciano. Giovanni gave us so many great restaurant recommendations. We highly recommend staying here. We hope to be back again soon. Thank you.
