2 miles away great simple hike for the whole family. We love the turtle pond! There are 100's of turtles.

Peaceful hike that is shaded. There is a decent amount of parking and it is paved. The trails are very well defined and there are some post markers along the way to tell you what trail you’re on. There are different trails you can follow, some of which have little creeks running along them, ponds, and small valleys. There is also a picnic area in a shaded field.

This place is just a beautiful nature preserve. They have a hiking trail (4 mile trail) in the area, the preserve sits on 146 acres, it has a few ponds and creeks and is a great site to visit if you just want to walk around in nature.
