"Discover the answer to these questions and more as you explore the wonders of Nova Scotia’s land and sea at the Museum of Natural History. See ancient fossils, glittering gold, stunning Mi’kmaq artifacts, sea creatures from an ocean tide pool, deadly mushrooms, frogs and snakes and whale skeletons…

This is a fun place for kids to explore. Recently we had a dinosaur exhibitions and it was over the moon for my kids. Always your kids can meet some animals there too. Outside of the museum, sometimes horses for polices are eating grass and running around inside of fences.

Park
“Great place to walk around and sight-see. Walk the water's edge or follow the trails to the forested interior and view some of the remaining artillery batteries on the property. This is a large park, approximately 75 hectares, and a good amount of parking. In the summer, Shakespeare by the Sea is held in the park, which is a live outdoor theater production.”
