Rocky ran through here on his way to the art museum steps. Sometimes there's barrels on fire. There's tons of delicious food. There's ethnic ingredients from all over the world you can't find anywhere else. There's even a butcher with meats that you didn't know existed. Truly a piece of Philadelphia history.
