Stroll through the canals that are the name sake of Venice. They were originally constructed in 1905 by developer Abbot Kinney and are best accessed off Washington Blvd, along the main channel directly south of Baja Cantina.

The Venice Canals are extremely unique. It's a neighborhood built on canals, just like in Venice, Italy. Only this one has Palm Trees. You have to see it at least once.

Taking a lovely stroll down the winding canals is a L.A must! Bring some bread to feed the ducks and keep walking down to Venice beach.

Casa Azul is located on Grand Canal. Take a stroll through the last remaining canals from the Abbot Kinney's original Venice. Abbot Kinney, who founded Venice, CA and modeled it after Venice, Italy originally has water canals throughout the beachside community.
