The Palace Theatre has been a major force in Westmoreland County’s cultural scene for generations. Opened September 2, 1926, as the Manos Theatre, The Palace Theatre today hosts the widest variety of live entertainment in the area in a beautifully renovated 1369-seat facility.

“This is every bit worthy of a 10-minute drive! Paved trails around two lakes, open year round. There is also a dog park here. Kayaks, canoes and paddleboats in summer. So delightful! This is one of my treasures for our city. it's also near lots of food places, Barnes & Noble, Westmoreland Mall, so you can attach other stuff to your venture.”

Neighborhood
“A gentrified neighborhood that boasts many positives, including the offices of Google in Bakery Square that has stirred lots of urban development. There's a Home Depot, Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joes and many smaller businesses in the neighborhood. A wide array of Pittsburgh’s unique restaurants and bars are in East Liberty”
