The actual center is a great place to learn about the native pine species in the area and the habitat. There are several short trails, including one that ends in our neighborhood off Delano Dr. (2 mi hike each way out/back)

A docent attended local natural and cultural history center with access to gorgeous dog-friendly trails and sweeping views of the San Jacinto Basin. Stunning. Sledding in Winter when there is snow (there is often snow at this location when there isn't any at the Cedar Cabin!
