Oldie wordy cosy pub opposite the river Avon. Got its' name from the American GI's who where camped on the side of the river bank during the second world war. Lovely beer garden, great pub food. Book in advance. Dress code: casual. Carpark near by, normally too busy for street parking though.

One of the most famous pubs in the country - this is where the actors all hang out after performing and you will often see a well known face ... plus the greatr atmospere and in the summer taking your drinks over to the thearte gardens is a greart way to spend a summer afternoon
