Admission is free (by donation). Learn about local history and wildlife. Stay for lunch in the tasty restaurant (make a reservation if planning to eat during lunch hour (12-1pm)).

A museum by donation. Learn of the indigenous nations, the history of flight in the north and stay for a delicious lunch catered by Flavour Trader.

It's the best (and only) museum in Yellowknife, and it's free!

An excellent museum for a small city. The Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Centre produces exhibitions that tell stories about the land, people, and history of the NWT. Take a stroll through, you'll learn a lot!
