Tips from locals
Delicious gourmet Native American food. Seasonal entrees. Try the prickly pear lemonade or the hog jowl tacos, if they're available.
This small, but delicious restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Provo. They serve a menu of Native American food and unusual combinations on burgers. The space is small, so make a reservation. What we recommend: Any of the Navajo tacos and the prickly pear lemonade.
A delicious twist on Native American cuisine. Expect to spend anywhere from $18-$22 a plate.

“Hands down the best local Indian Cuisine restaurant. It gets very busy on the weekends so go early. Anytime there is an event in Provo it will get busy as well. A local favorite. ”

“We love Communal so much we had our wedding dinner there. It is a nice sit down restaurant where dishes change regularly with ingredients sourced locally. Each dish is served a la carte. Guests select items from the menu and share with each other. Reservations are accepted and recommended. What we recommend: Since it changes, it’s hard to say. We’ve never had anything we didn’t like. ”

“Sells out fast! Open early for breakfast and they close when they sell out (usually by 10-11am). Sweet and savory filled pastries. Try the carnitas on Saturdays”
