The famous Featherbeds and Nature Reserve accessible by private boat or one of the ferry's.
We recommend you take the John Ben boat from Knysna and go and eat at the new restaurant. During December and January there is a bar on the water. The hikes are great too.
A trip across the lagoon and a downhill walk along the west head makes for a great way to see Knysna.

Take a day trip to this fantastic nature reserve. They take you by boat , with a tractor up the mountain and then its a lovely walk to a great outdoor lunch back at the restaurant
