Wonderful art gallery disguised as an authentic restaurant (or is it the other way around?), delicious authentic Sicilian food. Great upstairs balcony for people watching during Summer. Gia has her own neighborhood cocktail bar next door, Pan Y Vino and is worth a stop just for a glass of wine or snack!

I have been going to Cafe Gia for years. Some of the best Italian food in Baltimore. Cozy atmosphere. Wonderful Staff. Awesome second floor balcony.
