Pick n Pay Table View has everything you need to cook up a storm. They also have a liquor store.

The centre has a pharmacy, book store, hairdresser and lots more, besides the grocery store. My choice when shopping as there is a Montagu Dried Fruit store that has my favourites, dried mango and caramel popcorn. Also there is free and plentiful parking.
