A gateway to the trails of Bear Mountain, Devil's Arch, and the Flatirons. Most of the trails are off-leash friendly for dogs. Be prepared-- while close to home, these trails become steep and gnarly very quickly!

A great local hike. Take a short hike or start here for a long hike that connects to lots of trails. This trail has some shade if it's a hot day.

This is a loop trail. you can do an hour hike, or you can go up Fern Gully to the top of Bear Mountain (I think that is what it is called, I do the one hour hike normally). It is so pretty. There are open views and a beautiful walk through the trees with light and shadows. I always feel peaceful on this hike. The longer hike is about four hours and very steep. Great views. Bring water!
