If you want to immerse yourself in tropical bliss head to the garden of eden. It is a great stop on the way to Hana, especially if you have kids. Or if you do not want to drive all the way out to Hana and just want to experience different spots along the way. Bring a lunch or enjoy the food trucks on the property and take your time exploring the grounds.

At mile marker 10.5. Highly recommend this luscious and impressive garden full of tropical and exotic plants. Last time I visited, I spent an hour walking through and taking pictures!

This is a privately owned garden that you can visit (for a price) while driving the Road to Hana. Beautiful gardens. Its claim to fame is the Keopuka Rock, which shows up in the opening credits of Jurassic Park. You can see it from far away and you may not recognize it from the movie.
