Take the North Gate exit from I-25 and head west towards the mountains. The gate guards will ask for an active driver’s license or military ID card and do a search of your vehicle… no marijuana products or CBD allowed. Let them know you’re interested in visiting the visitor’s center and doing a…

The beautiful & patriotic Air Force Academy, home to the Falcons, is a great stop while here in Colorado Springs! Currently, the well-known chapel is under renovation and will be closed for the next several years, but there's still plenty to see! Check out a sports game or make a stop at the…

An incredible military academy to visit. Beautiful grounds, a B-52 Bomber on display, a great visitor center and the iconic chapel which is the most visited man- made tourist attraction in Colorado.

“If you want to see the historic mansions of Colorado Springs, this is where you want to go. The neighborhood is consider the "Old North End". Just start in downtown and follow Tejon or Nevada north. Absolutely beautiful homes.”

Auditorium
“If the walls of the Olympic Training Center could speak, they would tell of blood, sweat and tears of America’s finest athletes. See their training facilities, and don’t forget to ask your host about how many calories those athletes consume a day in their custom dining hall. Because there are so many athletes training here, you never know who you are rubbing shoulders with in line to buy coffee. The US Olympic Committee is headquartered downtown, and you will see the dramatic architecture of the new Olympic Museum between downtown and I-25, which opens this summer. It is near America the Beautiful Park, which is worth a visit for the great kids playground, but also hosts summer events. ”

Cave
“Okay. So we haven't actually been to the Cave of the Winds. I asked a fellow Coloradan to write up a review for me. Aaaaand this is now on my list of things to do this summer! Here's his review: "OMG, the Cave is really one of the hidden jewels in all of Colorado! We toured the cave for the second time a few years ago and the experience was epic - both times! I’ve been to many caves all around the country and this one was very unique from the scale of it to the history behind it. I think every bit of that had to do with our tour guide. She knew the history and the stories very well and had an amazing personality that kept the group entertained. Now, about the rides... I’m at a loss for words to describe them so just believe me when I tell you hands down the best in the state. WE’RE GOING BACK in 2020!!!!"”
