A petite, chef-owned destination for sustainable fare in an understated space. This is high-end, and you'll need reservations; but there are NO egos inside. IT's delightful.

This chef-owned restaurant is all about farm-to-table. The menu offers soups, salads, appetizers, entrees, as well as a tasting menu, (5 course or 7 course). Guest chef dinners & cooking classes are also offered, (see their website for times, prices, & chef list). Reservations are recommended.

While I haven't eaten here yet, I have heard amazing stories about this restaurant. You will want to get reservations in advance and expect your meal to take a few hours...it's an experience!
